Operations leadership for networks that need to grow under control
I run multi-site networks and business units with full P&L ownership. Fourteen years doing the same job across three industries: veterinary care, dental clinics and large-format retail.
I currently lead IVC Evidensia's network of 25 veterinary centres in Catalonia, with a €17M P&L and 30 direct reports. Earlier roles carried P&L of up to €35M and teams of up to 250 people.
My ground is the network that grows: integrating acquired sites, standardising processes across heterogeneous locations, and turning a collection of centres into a single operation with one standard.
Degree in Economics and a master's in Accounting and Financial Management. I read a P&L rather than merely reporting it.
